I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years, and even as a yoga and Pilates instructor, I still consider myself a student. As we move through different stages of life, our bodies, our minds, and our needs change. Our practice grows with us, offering what is needed in each season to keep us healthy, strong, and connected in body, mind, and spirit.
Together, we learn how to adapt these tools to your real, everyday life — how you feel on any given day, how much time you have available, what is happening in your physical body, and where you are mentally and emotionally. These practices become supportive resources you can return to again and again as part of your ongoing vitality and health.
This is about creating a space where you can roll out your mat and step away from the pace and pressures of daily life — a place to breathe, to reset, and to reconnect with yourself.
I will meet you exactly where you are, and from there we will gently build a program based on your goals and your capacity, in a way that never feels overwhelming. We will usually work together once a week, adjusting and evolving your practice to reflect what you need at that time.
